- 6 cups of Whole Milk
- 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp. of Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- **Mini Marshmallows for Garnish or our Homemade Fluffy Vanilla Marshmallows
